Did not have to pay untill u was approved. Very processional people.
It's about personal wellness. I was afraid to be involved, however after many questions and much help from the wanderful people of azmmccc, I feel that I have the support to provide a Physician an medication that won't,don't an can't ,cause more harm to myself. I can't say enough how amazing the people and the help I received were. From a very great full guy. Thank you!
I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Dr. Jensen and the team. From setting the appointment, answering my questions, securing payment and providing amazing service in a relaxed and professional manner, this office takes a great deal of pride in their patient care! Thank You!
Like a lot of patients, I was probably a little hesitant to go through the marijuana card certification process, not even certain it would help me in the end. In short, it looked like a big hassle. From my very first inquiry phone call with this office, they couldn't have been more helpful...or professional. It took a bit of effort to gather up my doctors' diagnoses of my back condition and return them to this office for certification, but the actual staff, including the doctors at MMCCC, guided me through the process. The doctor explained the process completely, including the various options and potential benefits if it worked. Can't say enough good things about them. As for my back pain, I've finally found some real relief after over 20 years of living with it.
I had an appointment this past Thursday, and the process went smooth as silk. The doctor was professional, positive, and polite. He took a look at my medical records and took my concerns seriously. In addition to writing a recommendation for me, he also gave me some excellent advice on other supplements that would help ease the pain and nausea caused by my condition. The practice is also very LGBT, and specifically trans friendly. I was treated with the utmost respect, and would absolutely recommend this practice to any person seeking their certification.
